Wesley Suite Guidelines

Overview

Employees may request up to 2 concerts/shows and 2 games per calendar year.

These allotments represent the maximum number of events you may attend if approved; they do not guarantee attendance at that number of events. Approval is subject to availability and event priority.

• These events are not interchangeable.
• Incentives, team nights, and last-minute opportunities posted on Slack do not count toward your allotted number of events.
• 2 tickets per person per event.
• Additional tickets to the suite cannot be purchased through Wesley.
• Parking passes are not included with tickets.
• Food and beverage will not be provided at every event.
• Employees must be present in the suite. Spouses, children, family members, etc. may not attend without you.
• Tickets may not be transferred, sold, or used by anyone other than yourself.

Approval/Denial Process

• Event requests will be approved or denied no earlier than two weeks prior to the requested event.
• Nissan Stadium events/games are an exception and may not be approved until the last minute.
• If your event request is approved, tickets will be sent to the email address you provided the week of the event.
• Once the ticket transfer has been initiated, you will receive an instructional email from Makenna.
• Please notify Makenna as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend.
• If tickets are not accepted, or if tickets are accepted and you do not attend, you will no longer be eligible to attend events for the remainder of the calendar year.

New Hires

• This benefit becomes available after 6 months of employment.
