Wesley Suite Guidelines

Overview

  • You can attend 2 events per year.
  • 2 tickets per person per event.
  • Parking passes are not included with tickets.
  • Food/alcohol will not be provided at every event.
  • Tickets are not to be transferred, sold, or used by anyone other than yourself.
  • Employee must be present in the suite (Your spouse/children/family members are not to attend without you.)
  • I will notify you if your request has been accepted/denied at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • If your request is approved – your tickets will be sent via email the week of the event.
  • Please notify Makenna if you are no longer able to attend. If tickets are not accepted/you accept and no show, you will no longer be able to attend events in this calendar year.

Exceptions

  • Incentives will not count towards your 2 events per year.
  • Team nights will not count towards your 2 events per year.
